- Opportunities Available:
- 1 x Full-time fixed-term basis to September 30th 2026.
- 1 x Full-time fixed-term basis to December 2026.
- 1 X Full-Time fixed-term basis for 12 months.
- Base salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
- Provide expert HR insights and advice to UWA leaders.
- Lead workplace relations, performance, and change management initiatives.
- Drive strategic HR projects and process improvements.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Extensive practical senior human resources experience (3 years+) at an appropriate level and relevancy.
- Demonstrated experience of leading and closing complex employee case management, including conflict / dispute resolution, performance management and disciplinary matters.
- Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in a range of relevant software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and experience with HR/payroll management systems).
